For this Limited Edition, we've teamed up with none other than Behind. A name that has become synonymous with style, colour and originality within the Dutch graffiti scene. Known and notorious for his vibrant, abstract letter structures and technically flawless burners, Behind has spent years proving that every panel can become a masterpiece.
But behind the explosions of colour lies more than just technical skill. Behind is equally known for his conceptual approach to graffiti and his iconic slogan: "NooT Breekt Wet" ("Necessity Breaks the Law"). A phrase that has become inseparable from his name and perfectly reflects the way he thinks beyond letters and aesthetics.
10 Years, One Special Collaboration
To celebrate our 10-year anniversary, we invited Behind to be part of a unique collaboration. During our anniversary event, we organised an exclusive exhibition dedicated to his work — a celebration of style, history and the creative freedom that makes graffiti culture so unique.
Several products emerged from this collaboration, but this Limited Edition spray can is undoubtedly one of the highlights.
More Than Just an Artwork
The LP-103 Matt Black serves as the canvas for one of the most conceptual designs Behind has ever created for a product. At first glance, you see a figure standing next to a ladder. Two legs, a ladder and a familiar scene straight out of the world of graffiti. But take a closer look. The legs of the character simultaneously form the letter H from a complete Behind piece. And that's where the magic of the design begins.
As you slowly rotate the can, you'll discover that the artwork continues seamlessly around the entire surface. Letters transform into shapes, shapes become characters and perspectives shift continuously. The letter D even morphs into a B, allowing the piece to loop endlessly around the can.
Nothing is accidental. The design plays with perspective, letter structure and visual interpretation. What first appears to be an illustration reveals itself as a complete graffiti piece. And what seems to be a piece transforms back into an illustration.
It's a perfect example of the way Behind approaches graffiti: challenging the viewer to look twice.
Noot Breekt Wet
This Limited Edition isn't just about style — it's about the way Behind thinks.
His work goes far beyond creating beautiful letters. Behind almost every piece lies an idea, a joke, a visual puzzle or a hidden layer waiting to be discovered.
One of the best examples is his now legendary Nood Breekt Wet concept. A piece that has become iconic within the Dutch train graffiti scene. On a double-decker VIRM train, Behind cleverly incorporated a giant graphic penis and testicles through the train windows as part of the overall composition. The "nuts" land directly on the word WET in his NOOT BREEKT WET piece, causing the letters to literally appear broken by the impact.
Classic Behind: technically impressive, humorous, provocative and conceptually sharp all at once. It's exactly this combination of craftsmanship, humour and creative thinking that has made his work stand out for years.
